Field-proven engineering experience in high-voltage infrastructure since 1989.
Ölçer Enerji is a main contractor building power transmission and distribution infrastructure from low voltage up to 400 kV.
Our story began in 1970, when founder Mehmet Salih ÖLÇER started work as an electrician at Tatvan Municipality. He later left the municipality to establish Ölçer Elektrik. Work that began with urban installation and repair moved into contracting through TEK rural electrification tenders in 1985.
Ölçer İnşaat Elektrik ve Ticaret was established in 1989. The period delivered 36 kV overhead lines, urban networks and rural electrification projects.
Since 2012, the company has undertaken turnkey TEİAŞ works for 154 kV and 400 kV transmission lines and substations; it became a joint stock company in 2013. Today our teams deliver the entire process in house, from route survey, design and expropriation to site erection, testing, commissioning, maintenance and fault repair.
