Dear Stakeholders, Business Partners and Colleagues,
Founded in 1989 on the vision of Mr. Mehmet Salih ÖLÇER, Ölçer İnşaat Elektrik ve Ticaret A.Ş. is today a long-established engineering and contracting company contributing to Türkiye’s energy infrastructure.
The institutional undertakings that began with the Turkish Electricity Authority and TEDAŞ continue today through turnkey projects for TEİAŞ, distribution utilities, public institutions, organised industrial zones and private-sector investors.
Our work extends beyond site erection. We manage the full process in house, from survey, design, environmental assessment, expropriation and technical calculations to material supply, testing, commissioning and SCADA automation.
With a total contract capacity of around USD 25 million and a strong financial structure, we remain a reliable solution partner. We integrate technological innovation into our processes while working toward a more liveable and sustainable energy future.
